Rockstar seems to use CREATE_MODEL_SWAP to remove the existing door, and then CREATE_OBJECT to recreate the door in a dynamic/animated fashion.

Hi if you want i found a script that do this, a really good one, old but still working for ESX! Just need few fixes and optimization.
