Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Screen flickers when using binoculars or /cam - see video Desktop 2021.04.07 - 15.20.05.03
What are you trying to do?
Trying to stop the flickering.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Reinstalled game, deleted cache, changed video settings multiple times and also restored to default.
