Sanctuary Snapshot [VORP]

Sanctuary Snapshot is a player-initiated verification tool designed for RedM servers running VORP, giving players a reliable way to capture scene information when they are unable to identify individuals themselves. With a single in-game command, players can securely log who was present at a scene and where, allowing staff to accurately review reports without relying on guesswork or incomplete information. The command collects nearby player data, sorts it by proximity to the reporter, and sends the results directly to a private Discord staff channel via webhook. This makes it an effective tool for fair moderation, dispute resolution, and report verification while remaining fully server-side and non-intrusive to gameplay.

Here’s a clean list of what the Snapshot Command does:

  • Records all players within a configurable range of the reporter.
  • Players are automatically sorted by proximity to the reporter for clarity.
  • Logs character names and character IDs for everyone in range.
  • Captures exact coordinates of all involved players at the time of use.
  • Records Steam and Discord identifiers for verification purposes.
  • Sends a structured report to a configurable Discord webhook.

This tool is intended for situations where players need to report an incident but cannot gather information due to masks, distance, chaos, or roleplay limitations.
