Rs20 ERROR Why isn't there a fix yet?

I’ve seen this problem on the forums before, and i searched the whole internet without finding any answers. The most probable cause i can see (that people are saying) is the firewall, but i turned it off, excluded fivem. Ive tried everything…

Up to date? -||-
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam.
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes many times

Report ID: … [uploading]? (use Ctrl + C to copy) I can take a screenshot but it will be exactly the same of the other pepole
System specifications GTX 660 i5 3350p
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing just tried to launch the game.
What server did you get this issue on? Havent been able to try to connect to a server yet

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES IN EVERYWAY

Also add what you already tried so far. Ive tried everything, Turn off my antivirus firewall in 1000 ways (even via regedit) Downloading reinstalling you mention it, and i dont know why i do this post i dont expect any help, i think ill just have to return my game to steam.

Are you sure you are not running windows 8.1 be sure to check the system requirements

Had the same error and ended up just doing a full reboot on my computer and download GTAV and FiveM after that and it seems like its working for now atleast.

I’ve tried rebooting atleast 30 times. And reinstalling everything, but nothing works. Tried installing in diffrent folders and everything.
