Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i completely disabled it

What is the issue you’re having?
When I open FiveM it stays idle for 90 seconds then crashes because of a ROS timeout.

Open FiveM
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I’ve tried using all available resources online which I could find to fix the issue, which did not work. I uninstalled it multiple times, disabling anti virus and then installing, etc.
