ROS/MTL still hasnt cleared launch - HELP!

What is the issue you’re having?

Hi I am having an issue where when I load RedM I am regularly getting an issue on my F8 log which inevitably leads to a pop up “The rockstar game launcher is running” and then shuts down my RedM.
It is a brand new razer laptop. Razor Blade 16.

I have tried windows reinstall, RDR2 reinstalls, redM reinstalls. Checked task manager for other launchers, made sure firewall isnt interacting (only have windows defender). I have tried various niggles and got absolutely nowhere I am hoping you hve help me.

Not relevant as its RedM
