Rope Rescue

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on my own Rope Rescue/Rappelling system for FiveM, and I’m slowly starting to lose my mind. :sweat_smile:

I’ve managed to get the basic functionality working, but I’m at a point where I can’t seem to fix the remaining issues on my own.

Some of the problems I’m currently facing include:

  • Incorrect rope placement

  • No rappelling animation

  • General issues with the rope behavior and synchronization

If anyone has experience with GTA V rope natives or has built something similar before, I’d really appreciate any advice.

If you’re interested in taking a look or even helping me debug the script, I’ve attached it below.

I would as well lose my mind if i would let AI write the script from the start to the end, main issue is you don’t even have synchronization at all. The code is just hilarious, no human on earth would write this.. Please start writing your actual code and then ask here for help, don’t ask us to repair your AI junk
