Rockstar Games Launcher Login Error #1.000.7

What is the issue you’re having?

Description: I’m unable to sign in to Rockstar Games Launcher. Every time I enter my correct email and password, it shows “Sorry, we are unable to handle your request at this time” with error code #1.000.7. The issue started after signing out of my previous Rockstar account, which I no longer have access to. I deleted the previous digitalentitlements file and tried reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher multiple times, but the issue still persists. I’m using Windows 11 and GTA V is installed through Epic Games. I need to log in to Rockstar Games Launcher to use FiveM, but I cannot get past the sign-in screen.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have tried reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher multiple times, restarting my PC, signing out and trying to sign in again, deleting the digitalentitlements file, checking Windows Firewall, trying different network connections, and following several troubleshooting methods from YouTube. I also checked the Rockstar Games Launcher log files, but there were no clear authentication or network errors. The issue still occurs every time I try to sign in, showing error code #1.000.7. did u fix it? im having the same problem, i tried everything, and still couldnt play five M, strange is that i can connect to rockstar and play gta v normaly, only on five m this happens
