In my experience, All of these reviews are incorrect/paid/fake.
Heres why.
In my hour on this server, I first had to relog about 3-4 times just to create my character, according to the console, this was due to a database issue. Next, after finally being able to create my character, I made my way over to pdm, which I had to wait for a player to open it for sales. Once inside pdm, other players were invisible. On to my next relog. In coming back, I was finally able to see other players and myself. Upon purchasing a car, Myself and my vehicle landed ontop of a pole, so immediatly there is damage to my vehicle. Now, while attempting to join in on some action, police were very dismissive.
