Resources with dependencies won't start; Sticky keys in editor

1. Rarely a resource with depenecies wont start, but the the resource it depends on starts just fine. (lua)
2. Verfy often keyboard inputs would get stuck, and just loop forever until I alt+tab out. Doesnt happen outside fxDk client.
