Resource monitor: c# resource consumption issue

Hello,
I do not know if I’m posting in the right place, my query relate to FiveM Server (not the client).

Thanks to the new resource monitor, I noticed that my C# scripts consumes resources (cpu ms) even when not used.

So I’ve created an empty class (that inherits basescript with an empty controller), and I started it.

My blank C# resource consumes permanently between 0.20ms and 0.40ms. On my low-end computer, between 0.70/0.90ms.
Compared to the base chat resource (in lua), it uses only 0.01/0.02ms.

If an empty resource uses almost 1ms, what will happen on a server with many non-empty resources?

I too have noticed C# scripts consume more CPU usage, would be great to know why that is.

would love to have an answer on this!
wrote my first mod the other day in c# and was stoked, gave it to server admin and he wasnt pleased with the default .14-.20ms cpu idle. he had to re-write it in lua and then it idles at .01ms
stripped the c# mod to just barebones (not even loading cfx references) and it is the same cpu idle.
also running the script goes up to 1.6ms for a brief time then idles at .5ms with the nativeui menu open
is this in an acceptable range? and what are the benefits to running c# mods vs lua if it seems like lua is more efficient(seems backwards to me)?
any vets with some insight would be greatly appreciated.

Testing a pretty barebones server I’m getting 0.03ms in C# and 0.01ms in Lua.
