Resource folder missing

Hello there guys, first of all I hope this is the right subforum to post on.

I am very very very new to fiveM development, like literally started last night. I managed to setup my own local host and I can connect to it perfectly fine. I am trying to figure out how to stream things to it, but I realized my /server folder does not have a resource folder, is this something I have to do manually or does it have to generate its self and I missed a step when setting up the server ?
