Our police force follows a structured progression system, starting with the Emergency Response Team, and from there, you can work your way up to specialised roles such as Authorised Firearms Office and Roads Policing Unit. Whether your aim is to become part of the firearms unit or focus on the critical role of policing the roads, you’ll need to prove yourself and put in the effort to reach these higher positions.
And it’s not just the police roles we’re excited about. We also have RAS Residual Ambulance Service, which offers a full medical career path. Starting from general medical roles, you can expand into our Critical Care Team (CCT), providing more advanced medical support and dealing with high-stakes scenarios.
