No, check the MySQL connection string in your server.cfg for the MySQL database password.
âHostname /IP:â Would be my serverâs correct?
User would stay root correct? Password I have
Port would be the digits after the : in my serverâs IP correct?
What would go in databases?
What would go in comment?
I am sorry for bugging you over again. I know you get better things to do. This is my first time using SQL.
you enter the ip in hostname, the password in password, and the port is usually 3306, click open, click on essentialmode then drag the sql file into the text box in the query tab then click the blue play button above the query tab once the sql is in there and it will run

Got this error. Looking it up now. I am lunching it from where I downloaded it.

Fixed the error, now its Unknown MySQL server host. Its my serverâs IP correct?
Here is a picture of the error.

Or I get this one, if I change the IP to mine, without the numbers after the :

that means you are using the wrong password.
This is under âset mysql_connection_stringâ
![]()
not sure then, the error using password yes means you are using the wrong password. it looks like zap hosting. make sure you are putting the ip/hostname of your zap server into heidisql.
Well, thanks for the help. Sucks that it isnât working. Have a good day.
127.0.0.1 is your local IP and points to YOUR computer. If your server is on Zap Hosting you need to put the MySQL hostname in your heidi sql Hostname / IP box.

And wouldnât that be my serverâs name? Or does MySQL give another hostname? I am in my server.cfg and Iâm not seeing any hostname where my other SQL things are.
Got it. Thanks for the help. I canât read apparently. Thanks so much!
Youâre welcome. Sorry I didnât see your first reply in time.
Naw man youre good. Youâve been a massive help.
