[Request] Tornado Script

I have been trying to months to develop a tornado script and I have failed miserably. If someone could create this, that would be amazing!!! This is an idea I am suggesting and would be great for FiveM and Roleplaying.

Have you tried converting some existing SP Tornado Script like for example this one?

I tried but gave up. I just dont know how to convert a file like that? That is what I have been trying to do for months
