[Request] Strap for civs

so we got the thing that makes cops take time to pull out there pistols from the holster, so I want the same thing for civs, like this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/pull-out-strap, I’ve seen it on other servers but I think they custom made it cause I can’t find it.

i wanted to ask why when i use a multiplayer character it forces armor on him and you cant take it off
