[Request] Resource that plays a introduction video for new players

As the title already told I need a resource that plays a video on first login to introduce people to the server and learn the rules and stuff. Is there a plugin that already does this, or can somebody make one?

Thx, this is exactly what I need. But, is there a way to force players to do this on first login?
