[Request] [Help] Cant find working Car Lock script

I have been trying the various locking car scripts through out the forum, but the problem with all of them that I find is that anyone can get in someones car and essentially take possession of someones car even if they sat in it just one. For example, i let someone get in my car as a driver they can lock me out of the car because it is technically their car now and have a copy of the keys. Does anyone know of a script that only allows people to lock cars that they OWN and bought or is there something with the server or me that I am doing wrong, any help would be much appreciated.
