Request for GET_VEHICLE_MODEL_TYPE (GET_VEHICLE_TYPE equivalent)

Being able to get a vehicle type by model without spawning it is currently difficult server side. Asking a client via IS_THIS_MODEL_A_ natives (which dont line up 1-1 with vehicle types) is not always possible and storing all the models and their vehicle types in configs etc. is laborious.

This has already been a long standing feature request (its somewhere in the GitHub issue), not an easy fix as you have to go through XML & the encrypted PSO format.

Understandable, I am sure it wouldve been implemented together with GetVehicleType if it was an easy low hanging fruit.
I wasnt aware this was discussed previously in a GH issue, but since I couldnt find a forum post about it I figured, this is where such a request belongs.
