just edi the texture its that easy you can do that with paint and put admin across the vest and change the texture out
How would I edit it though? Like can you tell me the steps? For OpenIV. If that is what you are talking about
yup use openiv and change the texture out look up a tutorial on youtube im sure they got them i personally don’t do peds etc
