This YMAP resource adds the traffic lights that were missing to the intersections in Paleto Bay at: Procopio Dr. & Cascabel Ave., Procopio Dr. & Great Ocean HWY, and Pyrite Ave & Great Ocean HWY. Below I have provided some before and after screenshots.

I could probably do some intersections in Grapeseed, I’ll take a look at it
