Sadly we don’t have very many getters currently
Not entirely sure how though, still seems like you’re maxing out your bandwidth more than anything, as we run it with 175 constantly and have no issues. There’s also servers that run it with much larger population then that and have no issue.
I still have some players with delays and lags.
And the message that mumble-voip had appears with your script

Those are general debugs, meaning quite literally nothing, just there to see if/when players disconnect.
If you’re using 3dAudio try switching to native audio, 3d audio has been reported to have weird voice lag currently, though no one has provided any repro for the Cfx devs
Is that an option within the script or is it the one in server cfg?
When using the external server the automatic channel creation is not working, any work around? With old frazzle mumble under your advice @AvarianKnight i’ve reduced the grid and made a couple of channels manually, but now?
Edit
Found solution here: [How-to] Host FiveM's voice chat (mumble) in another server - #40 by TehRamsus
Hey guys, is there a way to add a megaphone feature to it?
If you’re using an FXServer then just add pma-voice to its resource, using murmur or any other external has reportably lead to weird packet loss and general unusability due to FiveM customizing their mumble server… to work with FiveM
No plans for it currently
I’m running pma-voice on the server ofcourse but i’ve removed the channel creation function and i’m hosting the mumble server elsewhere. Looks like it’s working perfectly also with useNativeAudio for talking, radio and phone calls.
Why did you get rid of the channel pre-creation? The main reason that it’s there is due to some issues with automatic creation where it doesn’t happen fast enough & there’s a race condition for people driving in the same car to create the same channel (which makes it where neither can hear each other)
i mean on the server side since i’m using external server.
CreateThread(function()
for i = 1, 1024 do
MumbleCreateChannel(i)
end
end)
and i don’t need this because i had to make the channels manually
I see. I have setup the in-game voice without any problem, but not the radio system. Do I need to config some things to get it working?
Are you using Murmur or something like that for your external?
yes the official mumble server

You can just setup another fxserver on another port (30125 or whatever your heart desires) and use it as the mumble server (your_ip:30125)
Found a bug when you enter a MLO your voice sounds like you underwater.
At this clip at 0:26 you can hear his voice sounding like hes underwater. And it sounded perfectly when they walked out.
And at his clip at 0:26 you can see his POV.
And also at the end at 0:50 you can hear if you turn volume full up, that the other guy now sounds like hes underwater…
I don’t know if its a problem with native audio or pma-voice.
Since you are using MLO, I believe it’s because of the MLO. By the way, could you please tell me which radio plugin are you using?
Is it actually an MLO? Or is it a ‘shell’
It and MLO.
It happends with gabz MRPD, Pacific Vault and Gta coca lab as you see in the video.
