So I was able to figure out the issue. For some weird reason, the voice element needs to be enabled for the bar to not stretch. Iām guessing it is how the code was written, there must be some sort of anchor to the voice icon module.
how did you remove the speedometer?
Thatās why I specifically said to try with a āfresh main.cssā copy because mine was working alright

Look in config file for a true statement, and turn that to a false statement.
nah their aint none, though i found a edited version with it removed.

Reinstalled multiple times. I have passed the same plugin directly from my folder to another person, and it works correctly.
On my server it only works if you put the command /toggleui , but first of all, the HUD loads badly
