I Changed a Couple of things.

Now to turn off the light you have to press the same key, not arrow up anymore
If the engine is off, you cant turn on the lights (same goes for the blinker of speedometer)
If you turn off the engine, the lights will too (same goes fo the blinker of the speedo)
