I recently submitted a release for a tool (exe) for getting a list of vehicle spawn codes (vmenu addons list format) directly from the vehicle pack automatically, and it was on pending for around 22 hours, before being taken off, but It hasn’t been posted yet. I haven’t gotten any emails either.

Make sure you’re fully compliant with the Releases rules, and then just wait.

I mean I was seemingly compliant, it was pending for 22 hours, now it is not pending, but not posted and I recieved 0 emails or messages.
