Thanks for the positive feedback guys! I know it does look more like a living space but I was going for a modern approach while building this station.
Plan for the future, boat dock with gate. Have to test the gate in the water though. I want to make it so your boat doesn’t float away
Do you ever plan on using a different wall texture?? Your buildings are nice just meh on the eyes when they all look the same.

so does this work as a resources cause im not sure how I would put this in or do I need an FX server. Not even sure what the difference is
This does work as a resource. You must put it in a stream folder with a resource.lua file. You can also install this map into your base game.
it has no windows or roof
