Nice script! On my server the water is coming out of the belly and the water doesn’t affect the GTA fires or the Fire script fires. Do you have a solution to that @Syme_Robinson?

It does, but you need to use the water longer. Aim for the small fires, the big one is for the emersion.

For me it works just a small desync issue i’ve talked with the owner i am going to help him make this script better.

my community’s FD has been wanting this fixed so yeah.

I can type /hose in and it tell me Hose Equipped But I don’t get water ever, just normal fire extingusher

Why cant i type the /hose. Im on a local host server testing it and whenever I type /hose it just shows up in chat?

I am having alot of issues with it. First of all, the script has to be restarted to work. If you die while having it equipped, the script will become unusable to that player and has to be restarted again to work. I also found it very difficult to put out flames created using Albo1125’s Fire Script, not sure if this is due to his script or the hose script. I would love to see these issues get fixed in the future. Keep up the great work.

Have you started the script? If not add “start fields_hose” to your server.cfg.

Will the hose/fire extinguisher have unlimited capacity? If so that would be nice because the regular fire extinguisher in game only comes with 100 ammo which runs out very fast.

I put /hose into the text and it says “Hose Equipped” like it’s supposed to but doesn’t shoot water… is there a specific button we are supposed to press or anything? Not totally sure what I’m doing wrong here.

^^ Same problem, still shoots out foam or whatever and the /hose command don’t enable ur water particle effects
