Had the same issue. I changed the position from fixed to relative and removed bottom value.

Replace .progress-labels with:

    width: 100%;
    height: 4vh;
    line-height: 4vh;
    text-align: center;
    position: relative;
    bottom: 0;
    right: 0;
    display: inline-block;
    white-space: nowrap;
}
