I did a little research on those map releases and the issues with the blurry map while zooming is pretty obvious.
First of you should lower the MipMap Levels to 1. The idea to set a higher MipMap Level is good in general but not for how GTA handles the Map Textures.
If you set the MipMap Levels to 1 you will receive a slightly better look and more sharpness.
Second point - GTA do not use the .ytds for closer zoom but instead also the minimap ydds.
DLK Releases do not include them. If you check them in OpenIV you will see that they are all just the same simple triangle.
I guess DLK and other Re-Releasers tryed to fix the blurry map just by increasing the pixels to cover that there are no minimap ydds at all and just use the Sea Map instead.

Can I ask how I can remove 1 digit from all of the post codes? Iād prefer the 3 digit codes for the majority of it.

Hi! I really like the look of the map. But Iāve got a problem. My minimap is colorful and with the postal codes, but not my full map when I press ESC. How can I fix this?
