You are getting that error because you don’t have the correct code format in the discord_perms (config) file.
You should have code as follows:
discord_perms (config.lua):
PoliceEMSActivity (sv_emergencyblips.lua):

everything works fine for me but i don’t know how to setup the weebhooks in order for the bot to type in my discord when ever an officer goes on duty
In Discord click on your server name then click server settings scroll down to webhooks click webhooks, create a webhook set name for webhook and choose a channel for the message copy the link.
Now paste that link in the sv_emergencyblips.lua at the end of each role that you have like this ‘webhook link’.
You can use a different webhook for each role to go to different channels.

I’m having an issue. I’m getting the “not a LEO” message even though I have one of the roles assigned. Can someone check my work?
Heyyyyy sorry to being another issue lol ive done everything including the webhook and all that but for some reason im getting an error occurred any help when starting the script any idea!
From my understanding there cannot be any nil values in the role list so those "nil"s you see throw a webhook in there and see if it works
I can be wrong but that was the problem upon initial release

I have never seen a GuildID with a letter at the front of it… Make sure you are getting the correct GuildID by the following.
Well since you marked out the role ids I can’t tell for sure but it looks like you have the role id’s correct. maybe just try placing , on the last one in the discord_perms config.

Nope. Still doesn’t work. Map blips won’t show up at all for me now
From what I have found it is not creating the blip for the player. I’m not sure what is causing this at the moment I saw that it was working in the images that the creator had posted.

I have noticed ever since the newest CFX Version some Scripts are having issues running functions the way they did prior.
That being said the Dev posted a few days ago saying he would make a Tutorial Video if he found the time if not I assume he will answer when he can. 
If it’s having issues with the Player Blips my suggestion is maybe the function has a new layout?
I have a private script that uses notifications (above the minimap) and I had to change how those execute after the newest update so maybe that’s possible here to
