Just going to throw in a quick suggestion 
First of all i really appreciate the work you put into this community!
Second , i was looking for something like this for ages

Traffic emote (where the player swings the red cone on his flashlight thing)

When going on duty you spawn with your uniform and loadout (this could be a good base )

Being able to write tickets (just like (officer) gave (suspect) a ticket of ( value given by officer) (doesnt need to take actual money , just show in chat or something)

panic button maybe? when officers do /pdpanic or something all the other officers get notified with notification and a blip on the map where the officers position is (preferebly within a proximity instead of exact location)
