Real nice MLO and in a prime spot for my RP server with a lot of activity that will pass it.
Suggestion: If you are open to suggestions then i would suggest maybe trying to extend the MLO backwards so that the pawnshop has a loading bay in the back of it that can be accessed from the rear.
Top MLO and worth the price!
