Great script, no real problems, and MLO support would be awesome, thanks for looking into it.
The one thing I keep wishing for though is to spawn (back) into the house when joining the session.
Any hope of getting that to happen?

Relax… Did you read the docs? You either need to purchase K4MB1’s shell bundle or you can set the script to use the free shells (you can set that in the config)

Are there any mirror props in the game, which could be added to furniture?
I have a problem with interior textures when I enter a house. start flashing textures.
If your screen is flashing: Housing - Loaf Scripts
If your textures are flashing, it is probably due to another map you have on your server. I can’t help you with that since I don’t know how maps work.
