Yes it has lots of collisions. 
there’s this city I used to play in called fully loaded rp and it skipped like crazy with only 7 ppl in it. 
if u do download, just make sure u find someone who can fix it and tidy it up. 
Some ppl have found ways around the collision issues already I think.
If you have a lot of Collision issue is not from the map but from the server.
This commentary is useless i think.
If you customer want to try the Map we just have to try thé map into my servertest.
