Man, your foul language wasnt needed, it’s really simple, just download the git, rename the folder to something like I did “nearest_postal” and then add it in your server config and bobs your uncle!
To get this result if you are also using (streetLabel) then I used:
x = 1.000 / y = 0.980 (in the config.lua) of streetLabel.
posX = 0.174 / posY = 0.963 (in the config.lua) of Nearest Postal.

I download Nearest Postal and AOP But they overlap and i need to know the x&y to change the nearest postal to go above the street name
