I’ve opened up ALL REAR DOORS of the LTD’s where you could exit from. For more roleplay opportunities.

This update also has many bug fixes, major optimizations, collision improvements, enhancements, clean up and more. This is a 100% highly suggested update. You can get the updated version on your Keymaster or from Tebex directly.

I have created a gas station (with rear door exit as well for better scenes!) over at Mile Marker G. Across from the Juice Stand. It has a run down/undergoing repairs and renovations look to it. To kind of fit the rustic atmosphere of Grapeseed/Sandy Shores.

I have also added an old storage yard in the back and a derelict building with some homeless people occasionally spawning inside. Or a cool hangout for teenagers no doubt. Fun place for a shoot out as well. Especially if you ever played Battlefield 3 you will feel some vibes heh.

Comes with a hot dog stand too. With AI attendant. And AI peds sit in the chairs out front too every so often. Has a randomly spawning fuel tanker, a scrapyard truck and a rubble truck next to some debris as well as two dirt bikes at the front randomly. As if to be owned by the AI sitting at the tables. Occasionally some other randomly spawning vehicles in parking spots etc.

It feels lived in and real immersive etc. If I was from a country town like Sandy or Grapeseed it would be a spot to hang out in my younger years.

The pipes you see will shoot out high pressure steam if they are shot, which can knock over people close enough.

This spot was formerly the Parkview Diner which was non-enterable and quite a boring property nobody really used at all. So I figured it could use a change! As it is a frequently travelled intersection there. Especially with no other gas station really nearby as well! I had searched forever to find a map addition for this area and could never find one so figured I would make one for everyone. Enjoy!

Nice release, but the Door in the Backroom is weird for me and Buggy view is from inside and outside

Do you have any other interiors or ymaps being used in the area of Sandy/Grapeseed especially nearby that might use some of the same files (the vanilla gta files that had to be modified to hide the old building etc) I would suggest searching your maps folder matching file names of some of those files. Because if another MLO or YMAP has the same files, the server might be trying to load that one instead of the proper one from this resource. Such as… Sandy Shores Trailer MLO which is an interior I’ve seen some people use for the trailers behind this location for example but it conflicts.

I have removed all Mappings and just started the Gasstation but still i got this error When i ran from back in the interiour isn’t loading and when i go from the back out the outside didn’t generate too. Outside first if i jump over the fence.

Yeah i tried all things, deleting all caches, my artifact is 5181 and gamebuild is from the contract but i can try it with tuner

Issue should be fixed. I have released a new version with some tweaks and updates! Please visit your Tebex to download it and give it a try. Don’t forget to clear server cache just in case. (Should always do it really when editing the server files)

Sounds good so far, but where i find the new Link? I clicked on the old in the email but, the Page was not found. Can you explain me please visit your Tebex to download?

Made an update which removed a bug for some people. Not needed to download again unless you have experienced any bugs with invisible wall at Sandy vanilla gas station due to this one having an extra file in the zip accidentally.
