I cannot reproduce this. I just released a new version, install that, see if the bug is still there.
I tested the resource many times on game build 3258, running server artifacts version 17000 as well as 25770. I also tested different graphics settings related to distance scaling/texture streaming (under the assumption that this is a LOD texture bug) but couldnât get the sand texture to appear. I tested with both cayo and ls water.xml files that are provided with the resource â nothing.
It being persistent on your end, it might be work checking if you have any client side graphics mods installed, which may interfere with the water textures.
