Zones and street names are basically popzone and zonebind level meta replacements, iirc IV’s files are quite similar and it is relatively easy to make a tool to properly convert stuff.

Is there a police station in Liberty ?
hey, you actually need to import/find the game models and textures yourself
we had a prototype but it is not ready for use
so unfortunately, the map does not contain any police interior (besides gta5’s, but it is way above the map)
