Hey @Scott1 Can I please be a contributor with this project. I can share all the work I have done with it to you if you want.

We have ACE Perms set up - but use the /duty command. Unfortunately, people have still been able to use an exploit to jail everyone.

so you use the /onduty command with a password? where are you using the ACE perms?

Any particular way to retexture the shield? If so i would love to know

Other than that, pretty solid release my man, congrats!

Probably, I wouldn’t know how tho sorry

Hey @LuthousDesigns and @Scott1 (If you are interested) . First you have to find what the shield model name is. For SEM_InteractionMenu. In this case, the shield model name is prop_ballistic_shield.

All you have to do is find a shield that you want to add. You stream the shield ytd and ydd files just like how you would stream peds and vehicles. Just change the ytd and yft file names to prop_ballistic_shield.ytd and prop_ballistic_shield.yft. If your shield model name has shieldmodel_hi.yft and/or shieldmodel+hi.ytd then you would just change shieldmodel to prop_ballistic_shield and keep the _hi / +hi in the file name.
E.g prop_ballistic_shield+hi.ytd / prop_ballistic_shield_hi.yft.

Or the Easiest way is to go into the functions.lua file inside the SEM Menu resource, Look for the EnableShield() function and change everything that says prop_ballistic_shield to your shield model name. (There should only be 3 things to change in there)

Hope this helps  I know this is alot to read, But trust me, It is worth it

when i try to load it up it says: resource leo_menu does not specify an ‘fx_version’ in fxmanifest.lua.

but it does specify,

anyone know how to fix?

does not specify an ‘fx_version’ in fxmanifest.lua.

@ofekiii @Coco_Nut_Head Update your server artifacts or revert to an older fx_version in the fxmanifest.lua

Thats for the feedback, I’ll make a note of these for a future update

Can you help me in finding an older version of the menu by chance? I wouldn’t have updated had I known about the fx.manifest.lua error. I’m not looking to update my artifacts just yet.

Alternatively, can you give me the exact value to get the 1.6 update working? Thanks, I love the menu and features!

I found my own fix. If your menu was working before the 1.6 update but not now, change the version in fx.manifest.lua from ‘cerulean’ to ‘bodacious’.

Whenever i try to edit the config.lua it always break the resource. And says there is an error around the line 239. I looked ta it, and im not the best scripter but it looked fine. can someone help pls, and yes i have tried reinstalling it like 8 times already lol.

@XlifeRoleplay Did you edit the file on a VPS?

So when I am in my Vehicle the menu won’t pop up but when I get out it does work. Is there a Fix for this?

How do i change the button to open the menu, I want it to be f3
@Scott1

Hey this resource worked before but now it screams about fx_version and how it’s not specified i’ve even went in the manifest.lua and changed it to diffrent versions and nothing happens.

@The_Killer_Roleplay look in the config.lua for Config.MenuButton you will need to head to here to get the ID for F3 then replace Config.MenuButton with that

@Paahdin Your server artifacts may be old so revert to the older fx_version which is bodacious that should work

fx_version 'bodacious'
