Not that simple script that zooms in the camera (customizable) when stood still for 1.5 seconds (1500 miliseconds (by default, customizable)). Works both on-foot and in-vehicle.

Known issues
Camera goes underground when looking up, that’s because of height decrement.
May cause some oof-ery in different circumstances, e.g. shooting from cover in first person.
Apparently, when landing with a parachute, the speed is considered 0.0… Which means, the camera is gonna be active. That’s bad.
