i see you do not respond to people when they ask how to start the resource.
Do i put the whole name or is there a shorter name to place?
I responded you, the name of the folder is 3DWelcomeMessage, but you can rename it
Then just put in server.cfg --> start NameOfYourFolder, or if you didnt edit the name put start 3DWelcomeMessage

what version of esx an es do you have?
ESX version is for the new esx, without ES
But if you want to use in old ESX, use the fivem version script

xPlayer.getName()to display the player name in the (sub)title (ESX v1)?
I think not, you can just use default colors, just change inside the ~~, example ~b~ = blue color
