This is a catalog to look at cars and not buy them, so i you have management on vehicleshop you still can look on cars but you need to contact the dealer to buy

the simplest and interactive way to show the players all buyable cars with the interaction from a cardealer.
place this in the showroom and the normal shop in the office ^^ done… player owned cardealer 
for all simple says: its the esx_vehicleshop without the BUY OPTION but STANDALONE. THIS NOT TOUCH THE VEHICLESHOP HIMSELF

? Sorry i dont know what you mean. You can se the catalog once? and then you enter it again you could not see it?

If you testing this only with esx_legacy and noting more and see if the issue still exists
