It’s for old EUP, lots of it isn’t configed right. Change it or just use something like vMenu.
You don’t actually need it, if you want to play with more than 8 players in your server you do but if you don’t then you set max players to 8 and you’re good.
Yeah, use it if you want to have some clothing but it’s better to just overwrite the files in it, easy if you want to use it to store clothing

Try right clicking on the download and copy the link address. Use a different browser (Google Chrome doesn’t work with it for some reason) and it should work
