Did you ever get this fixed hun? Now all of a sudden I am having this error as well and I am trying to figure out if itās a Mysql thing or something because I havenāt changed anything involving the property script itself.
Is anyone having the same issue? When the people enter their apartment everyone get invisible how to fix this?
if your not inviting them in then they will be
Yeah i know, but the problem is everyone on the server affected on invisible.

So the details is here iām using ESX Properties not edited files, all requirements is installed and everything is good no error console. But the problem is when the player 1 entering or going outside their build everyone on the server will be invisible without error message.
Based on my research i found this.
is there a possibility to make that if someone already own the house, other people cannot buy the same house
it is but youād have to code it as its not in the script
this is reagarding the instance plugin not the properties

always read the readme file and the resource .lua
make sure all dependencies are installed.

I seem to being having a unique problem , when someone sells their house they donāt receive any money. Anyone have any ideas?
installed everything sir, i spend 2 days for this but not yet resolved.
maybe order of resources, do all the dependencies load before you run āesx_propertiesā in the config file?
Iāve been having issues with this running out of nowhere. It was running fine, no issues at all. All of a sudden now, my properties are not being read from the Database. Havenāt changed my database.
Iāve been working on my server now for 4 months. First time ever having issues with it. Even had additional properties added with no problem. Iāve wiped my database, Iāve even wiped my server, trying to fix it. Same issue, properties do not show up. I did a backup and the properties showed for 12hrs. Then after the 2nd restart, they stopped showing again.
Honestly wrecking my mind trying to fix it to be honest. No errors in Console - I was before, now nothing and nothing showing. Iām wondering if itās the version of the database, I am just not certain now.
