The problem is that your cars are not being correctly sent from your DB to your script.

Verify if your categories name are the same as yours model name in vehicles table

You need to add the vehicles into the database for the UI to show up once you have pressed [E] I was having the same issue yesterday, Once i done that i restarted the resource an it fixed it for me.
