is there a way that i can make it so pressing x also puts my hands up and also i can set it to it still cuffs a id but add it so i can also cuff the nearest player if i type just /cuff
You would have to do that yourself, unfortunately I am no longer updating this script.

You should be using the IsControlPressed function for putting your hands up, I believe this will show you what number each key represents. Sorry for not being able to go into much detail, I haven’t really worked with FiveM functions in a while.

Unless there was some weird update that I was unaware of I imagine that is something wrong on your end like maybe a conflicting script.

Not really much needed, the hands up put your hands up, the cuff cuffs you, and the huk puts your hands up and kneels. They aren’t special or anything.
I wanted to see the animation. Certain scripts have certain animations for certain things.
You can add it in and test it, its the animation from GTA 5. Looks like this. That is not my video btw its from Cosharek.

You never specified what animation and the cuff isn’t an animation, it’s just their hands behind their back together.

Hey i use this script but it wont let me cuff other players and it says insufficient permissions
anyway of making it so /ondutty /offduty and it will recognise the players state then do /cuff with out player id?
No, there may be other scripts that do that, but this is just a basic /cuff (id)
it does not check the closest player and you can cuff anyone no distance limit required.
