The hat is broken, it is halfway through the peds head, can someone fix this, or send me the fixed file, thank you

I didnt know what SAHP meant so i googled it and got Stay At Home Parent and then I went on gta wiki and it was San Andreas Highway Patrol so nvm
oh, it stands for San Andreas Highway Patrol based off of California Highway Patrol irl .
