Pretty neat stuff 
The way I approached my fork of dpemotes, was that I completely removed streaming the casino emotes as, this would mean players would have to stream newer animations from newer DLC, when you’re better off to enforce a higher gamebuild.
I do have to say however that I find a little ironic that you’re saying
When, dpemotes is also free and the creator has stated:
It’s great that you’re acknowledging and crediting them, I’m just a little confused - do you have an issue with forks and people adding their own animations etc? Or is it more so people trying to sell and redistribute it, claiming it’s theres?

Regarding the streaming of casino emotes, I will probably just tell people to enforce a higher game build but since i’m not currently enforcing one myself I didn’t have a way to test it.
Regarding the license, people are free to do what they want as long as it’s not redistributed which is explained better on Github cause I forgot to update it on the post itself.

They probably were so specific because people sell edits of dp emotes on tebex with just animations added.
No license protects your work more than any other license.
