Are you using a database with another name then essentialmode ?

If so remove this

CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS essentialmode /*!40100 DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1 */;
USE essentialmode;

and click the database you use and upload it by hand via SQL button.

Your database is called different, therefore you have to put the same name as your database
