The rangers are now out and about… Also, a few new clothing items were added in, a bunch of bug fixes and more.

Added the new ranger department. Including clothes, vehicles, and ranger station
Fixed bug with garages
Updated trucking company
Updated some missing item images
Update to jail jobs, some new sports added
Fixed Peds in jail spawn locations
Fixed quick draw and weapon holsters
Fix to prison break hacking game
